dc.description	This study underscores the significance of exploring the contemporary and increasingly prevalent concept of electronic management and its influence on financial performance. The primary objective is to establish a theoretical framework that defines and elucidates various concepts related to electronic management and its effect on financial performance, along with the indicators used for its assessment. Furthermore, the study examines the relationship between the two variables—electronic management and financial performance. The empirical component investigates how electronic management contributes to enhancing and improving the efficiency of financial performance by analyzing the opinions of a sample of employees from the Public Treasury in Tiaret Province. This analysis employs a questionnaire processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and various statistical methods. The findings reveal a positive correlation between electronic management and the financial performance of the Public Treasury under study	en_US
