| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحليل دور الابتكار المالي في تعزيز كفاءة ادارة المخاطر المالية في البنوك التجارية ، وذلك في ظل بيئة مصرفية تتسم بتزايد التعقيد والمخاطر ، انطلقت الدراسة من اشكالية محورية تتمثل في مدى اسهام الابتكارات المالية في تحسين قدرات البنوك على التعامل مع مختلف انواع المخاطر، كائتمانية وسعر الفائدة والسيولة والتشغيل والصرف وغيرها. |
| Description: | This study aims to analyze the role of financial innovation in enhancing the efficiency of financial risk management in commercial banks, in a banking environment characterized by increasing complexity and risk. The study started from the central issue of the extent to which financial innovations contribute to improving banks' abilities to deal with various types of risks, such as credit, interest rate, liquidity, operational, exchange, and others. The study relied on a descriptive and analytical approach, in addition to a field study that included a sample of Algerian banks, through the design of a questionnaire and data analysis using SPSS software. The chapters of the study were distributed between a theoretical aspect that addressed the concepts of financial innovation and risk management and the relationship between them, and an applied aspect that focused on the reality of the studied banks and their methods of risk management and the extent of their use of financial innovation in this field. The results of the study showed that there is a positive and statistically significant relationship between financial innovation and financial risk management efficiency, which emphasizes the importance of developing innovative financial products and mechanisms as a means to enhance the stability of banking performance and improve its preventive capabilities |
