| Résumé: | هدفت الدراسة إلى ثحليل دور القطاع الفلاحي في النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائزخلال الفترة ( 2010- 2023)من خلال معرفة مدى المساهمة في رفع الناثج المحلي الإجمالي وثوظًيف اليد العاملة خاصة الريفية، وكذا دوره في ثحقيق الأمن الغذائي وثلبية حاجيات الأفراد وإبراز أهم السياسات الفلاحية المنتهجة لترقية هذا القطاع. وأهم النتائج التي ثم التوصل إليها أن الجزائر ثملك مقومات طبيعية وبشرية نظرا لما تزخر به من مساحات شاسعة صالحة للإستصلاح، حيث أن مردودًيته ثبقى دون المستوى المطلوب نظرا لغياب إلاستراثيجيات طوىٍلة المدى، حيث أن مساهمة القطاع الفلاحي في دفع عجلة النمو الاقتصادي لا تزال محددودة مايستدعي ثبني مجموعة من السياسات وإلاصلاحات الهيكلية والتكنولوجية لتعزيز دوره التنموي، كذلك لم ثنجح بعد في التحول إلى قطاع منتج قادرعلى ضمان الأمن الغذائي الوطني ما ثصبح الحاجة إلى إًيجاد حلول تعيد لهذا القطاع دوره المحوري في الدورة الاقتصادًية. |
| Description: | The study aimed to analyze the role of the agricultural sector in the economic growth in Algeria during the period (2010-2023) by finding out the extent of its contribution to raising the GDP and the employment of labor, especially rural, as well as its role in achieving food security and meeting the needs of individuals and highlighting the most important agricultural policies adopted to promote this sector. The most important conclusions reached are that Algeria has natural and human resources due to its abundance of vast areas suitable for reclamation, as its profitability remains below the required level due to the absence of longterm strategies, as the contribution of the agricultural sector to driving economic growth is still limited, which requires the adoption of a set of policies and structural and technological reforms to enhance its development role, and it has not yet succeeded in becoming a productive sector capable of ensuring national food security, so the need to find solutions that restore this sector's pivotal role in the economic cycle. |
