| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دور الصفقات العمومية في تحقيق التنمية الإقتصادية المحلية من خلال توجيه الأموال العامة نحو المشاريع والخدمات التي تلبي احتياجات المجتمع المحلي. تساهم الصفقات العمومية في تحسين البنية التحتية ،وتوفير فرص العمل ، وتعزيزالنمو الإقتصادي. وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة أيضا إلى التعرف على دراسة مشروع أشغال طرق ومختلف الشبكات الدولية بولاية تيارت، الجزائر، ومدى تطوير هذا المشروع للبنى التحتية وتحقيق تنمية محلية. |
