dc.description	This study aims to analyze water resources management in Algeria, focusing on the drinking watre crisis in the province of Tiaret. The findings reveal multiple issues such as outdated infrastructure, poor coordination, and unequal distribution. The research concludes that ensuring water security requires structual reforms and integrated management based on good governance. In light of these challenges, the study recommends future research directions, including the impact of climate change, improving distribution efficiency, evaluating water policies, raising social awareness and learning from succeful international models	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحلیل واقع إدارة الموارد المائیة في الجزائر من خلال التركیز على أزمة میاه الشرب في ولایة تیارت. وقد كشفت النتائج عن عدة إشكالیات تتعلق بضعف البنیة التحتیة، وسوء التنسیق بین الفاعلین، وغیاب العدالة في التوزیع. توصل البحث إلى أن ضمان الأمن المائي یتطلب إصلاحات هیكلیة وإدارة متكاملة تقوم على الحوكمة الرشیدة. وفي ضوء التحدیات المطروحة، توصي الدراسة بفتح آفاق بحثیة مستقبلیة، منها دراسة آثار التغیر المناخي، تحسین كفاءة الشبكات، تقییم السیاسات، وتعزیز الوعي المجتمعي، مع الاستفادة من التجارب الدولیة الناجحة	en_US
