dc.description	Entrepreneurship is a key driver of change and innovation across various sectors, as entrepreneurs discover new opportunities and transform challenges into practical solutions that contribute to improving people's lives. In the healthcare sector, there is a need for technological solutions that contribute to improving the efficiency of medical services and facilitating patients' access to appropriate care. Based on this entrepreneurial approach, the idea of a smart medical card project linked to a unified electronic platform emerged, enabling the secure and rapid storage and sharing of patient health information among various medical service providers. This initiative reflects the entrepreneurial spirit in anticipating opportunities and providing added value to society, especially in light of the global digital transformation. Practically speaking, an entrepreneurial methodology was adopted to implement this innovation, starting with planning and feasibility studies, through identifying technical and human requirements, and ending with the implementation and evaluation stages. The project seeks to improve the quality of healthcare, facilitate patients' access to their medical records, and facilitate coordination between healthcare institutions. It also reflects the integration of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship in developing technological solutions with a social and economic dimension	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تُعد ريادة الأعمال محركًا أساسيًا للتغيير والابتكار في مختلف القطاعات، حيث يقوم الروّاد باكتشاف فرص جديدة وتحويل التحديات إلى حلول عملية تسهم في تحسين حياة الأفراد. وفي المجال الصحي، تبرز الحاجة إلى حلول تقنية تسهم في رفع كفاءة الخدمات الطبية وتسهيل وصول المريض إلى الرعاية المناسبة . انطلاقًا من هذا التوجه الريادي، جاءت فكرة مشروع بطاقة طبية ذكية مرتبطة بمنصة الكترونية موحدة، تتيح تخزين ومشاركة المعلومات الصحية للمريض بين مختلف مقدمي الخدمات الطبية بطريقة آمنة وسريعة.تعكس هذه المبادرة روح ريادة الأعمال من حيث استشراف الفرص، وتقديم قيمة مضافة للمجتمع، خاصة في ظل التحول الرقمي الذي يشهده العالم. ومن الناحية العملية، تم اعتماد منهجية تنظيم المشاريع لتنفيذ هذا الابتكار، بدءًا من التخطيط ودراسة الجدوى، مرورا بتحديد المتطلبات التقنية والبشرية، وصولًا إلى مراحل الإنجاز والتقييم . يسعى المشروع إلى تحسين جودة الرعاية الصحية، تسهيل وصول المرضى إلى سجلاتهم الطبية، وتيسير التنسيق بين المؤسسات الصحية. كما يعكس التكامل بين ريادة الأعمال وتنظيم المشاريع في تطوير حلول تكنولوجية ذات بعد اجتماعي واقتصادي	en_US
