dc.description	This study explores Deconstructive Criticism by Jacques Derrida, a postmodern approach aimed at destabilizing fixed notions and reconstructing meanings, with a focus on highlighting the marginalized. The work examines how deconstruction operates in analyzing language and revealing hidden meanings. The study questions deconstruction's contribution to meaningmaking, how Bakhti Ben Aouda received Derrida's deconstructive mechanisms, and how he utilized them to interrogate marginalized Algerian identity. The research offers a theoretical aspect of deconstruction and a practical application to Ben Aouda's critique of the authoritarian mind.	en_US
