| Résumé: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل مدى تأثير منهج ستة سيقما الرشايقة على حوكمة شركات المساهمة الجزائرية من خلال جودة التدقيق الداخلي، حيث يبرز هذا المنهج كأداة فعالة لتحسةين الجودة في مختلف المجالات ، بما في ذلك التدقيق الداخلي من خلال أبعاده الخمسة. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف واستكمال الجانب النظري تم تصميم استبيان تضمن 36 عبارة لجمع البيانات الضرورية من عينة الدراسة المكونة من 100 مفردة، وتم تحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام برنامجي SPSS و .SMART PLS وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها عدم وجود تأثير مباشر لمنهج ستة سيقما الرشايقة على حوكمة شركات المساهمة الجزائرية، ووجود تأثير غير مباشر لهذا المنهج على الحوكمة من خلال جودة التدقيق الداخلي. |
| Description: | This study sought to examine the extent of the influence exerted by the Lean Six Sigma methodology on corporate governance within Algerian joint-stock companies, mediated through the quality of internal auditing. The methodology emerges as an effective instrument for enhancing quality across diverse domains, including internal auditing through its five-dimensional framework. To achieve this objective and complement the theoretical foundation, a questionnaire comprising 36 statements was developed to collect essential data from a study sample of 100 units. Subsequent data analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted using SPSS and SMART PLS software. The findings revealed several key outcomes, most notably the absence of a direct impact of the Lean Six Sigma methodology on corporate governance, coupled with the presence of a positive indirect effect mediated through internal audit quality. |
