dc.description	This study aims to present the role of the Six Sigma methodology in controlling the quality of products in the manufacturing industry. The descriptive-analytical approach was used, focusing on a brick manufacturing company to study the quality of the products offered. Various control charts were utilized, along with an analysis of the production process capabilities using the MINITAB software specialized in quality. The results revealed several instances of control limit violations, indicating that senior management needs to address these issues and work to reduce waste in order to enhance profitability. In conclusion, we recommend that the company relies on data and quantitative analysis throughout all stages of the Six Sigma methodology. This will enable a better understanding of current performance and ensure that decisions are based on accurate facts and statistics.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الدراسة لعرض دور منهج ستة سيقما في ضبط جودة منتجات الصناعات التحويلية، حيث تم في ذلك الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتمت الدراسة على مستوى مؤسسة صنع الاجر الاطلس ولدراسة جودة المنتجات المقدمة تم الاستعانة بعديد من مخططات السيطرة بالإضافة لتحليل مقدرة العمليات الإنتاجية وذلك بواسطة برنامج MINITAB المختص في مجال الجودة وخلصت نتائج الدراسة بتسجيل عديد من حالات خروج عن حدود السيطرة ولذلك يجب على الإدارة العليا في المؤسسة تدارك مواضع الخلل وسعي لتقليل من الهدر لرفع أكثر من ربحيتها، ونوصي المؤسسة في الأخير على أن يجب الاعتماد على البيانات والتحليل الكمي في جميع مراحل منهجية ستة سيقما، ويجعل ذلك من الممكن فهم الأداء الحالي واستناد القرارات إلى حقائق وإحصائيات دقيقة.	en_US
