| Résumé: | تركز هذه الدراسة على شخصيات بارزة بغرض التعريف بها وإبراز أهميتها ودورها المؤثر وهم مصباح صالح، شكال علي، ساطور قدور من خلال نشأتهم، وسيرورة حياتهم المهنية والسياسية، كما تسعى الدراسة إلى تبيان أدوارهم الفعالة داخل المجلس الجزائري ومعرفة واكتشاف أهم القضايا المطروحة من قبلهم فيه، وكيف وظف هؤلاء مهنتهم في المجلس مع الأوضاع السائدة في الجزائر آنذاك خلال الفترة الممتدة من (1947-1956م). |
| Description: | This study focuses on prominent figures with the aim of introducing them, highlighting their significance, and showcasing their influential roles. These figures are Mesbah Saleh, Chekkal Ali, and Sattor Kadour, examined through their upbringing and the trajectory of their professional and political lives. The study also seeks to elucidate their active roles within the Algerian Council, identifying and exploring the key issues they raised therein. Additionally, it examines how these individuals leveraged their professions within the Council in light of the prevailing conditions in Algeria during the period spanning 1947 to 1956. |
