dc.description	This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Arabic language textbook implemented in the fifth grade of primary school, focusing on its role in developing writing skills. Using a descriptive approach within a competency-based approches, the study identified key issues such as weak proficiency progression and a lack of pedagogical coherence،which negatively impact students; writing performance. The study recommends revising the linguistic and educational content of the textbook to better align it with learners; needs and enhance writing outcomes.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تقويم" المعايير الفنية المعاصرة لصناعة الكتاب المدرسي" باعتبارها أدوات إجرائية لضبط جودة المنتوج التربوي, وجعله أكثر ملاءمة لمتطلبات التعليم المبنية على المقاربة بالكفاءات. تناولت الدراسة الجانب النظري المتعلق بالمنطلقات النظرية والمفاهيم والمعايير التربوية والنفسية والفنية, ومناهج الجيل الثاني و مستجداتها, ثم انتقلت إلى تحليل تطبيقي لكتاب اللغة العربية السنة الخامسة إبتدائي, بغرض ذكر مواصفاته وتقويمه وفق المعايير المعاصرة, وقد كشفت النتائج عن فجوة بين المعايير النظرية والممارسة الفعلية, مما يستدعي مراجعة التخطيط المعتمد في إعداد الكتاب المدرسي لتحقيق الجودة التربوية المنشودة, من منظور عصري يدمج بين الجودة الفنية و الفاعلية التربوية.	en_US
