| Résumé: | هدفت الدراسة الى محاولة التعرف على جودة حياة العمل وعلاقتها بالاكتئاب لدى الممرضين- دراسة ميدانية في المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية تجيني هدام الرحوية، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الملائم لطبيعة الدراسة، وقد اعتمد في جمع المعلومات على استبيان جودة الحياة في العمل، ومقياس بيك للاكتئاب، وزعت على عينة عشوائية قدرها 60 ممرض، وبعد جمع المعلومات وتصنيفها وتبويبها في جداول إحصائية ومعالجتها باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية (SPSS VR 21) ، توصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية: -مستوى جودة حياة العمل بالمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية تجيني هدام الرحوية تيارت مرتفع. -مستوى الاكتئاب لدى ممرضي المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية تجيني هدام الرحوية تيارت منخفض . -توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين جودة حياة العمل والاكتئاب. -توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ظروف العمل المعنوية والاكتئاب. -توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ظروف العمل المادية والاكتئاب . -توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين خصائص الوظيفة والاكتئاب . -توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأجور والمكافآت والاكتئاب. -توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين جماعة العمل والاكتئاب. -توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أسلوب الرئيس في الاشراف والاكتئاب. -توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مشاركة القرارات والاكتئاب |
| Description: | The study aimed to explore the quality of work life and its correlation with depression among nurses, through a field study conducted at the Tadjini Hedam Public Hospital Institution in Rahouia.Tiaret, The study employed the descriptive analytical method , The data collection relied on the Quality of Life at Work questionnaire and the Beck Depression Inventory.which was distributed to a random sample consisting of 60 core individuals. After collecting, classifying, and organizing the data into statistical tables and processing them using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS VR 21), along with descriptive analysis, a set of results emerged, which can be summarized as follows: -There is a high level of quality of work life in the work environment at the Tadjini Hedam Public Hospital Institution in Rahouia.Tiaret -There is a low level of depression in the work environment at the Tadjini Hedam Public Hospital Institution in Rahouia.Tiaret -There is statistically significant correlation between quality of work life and depression. -There is statistically significant correlation between psychological working conditions and depression. -There is statistically significant correlation between physical working conditions and depression. -There is statistically significant correlation between job characteristics and depression. -There is statistically significant correlation between wages and rewards and depression. -There is statistically significant correlation between the workgroup and depression. -There is statistically significant correlation between the supervisor's leadership style and depression. -There is statistically significant correlation between participation in decision-making and depression. |
