dc.description	This study aimed to investigate the relationship between self-efficacy and psychological stress among secondary school students and to assess the level of each variable. To achieve this, the descriptive method was adopted, and a questionnaire was used as the main data collection tool. In order to test the validity of the tool, a pilot sample from another province was used due to the similarity of the target populations, which helped in refining the tool before applying it to the main sample. The study reached the following results: No statistically significant relationship was found between self-efficacy and academic stress. No statistically significant relationship was found between self-efficacy and psychological stress. No statistically significant relationship was found between self-efficacy and physiological stress. No statistically significant relationship was found between self-efficacy and family stress.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين فاعلية الذات و الضغط النفسي لدى تلاميذ مرحلة التعليم الثانوي ومعرفة العلاقة بين فاعلية الذات وأبعاد الضغط النفسي لديهم، واستخدم الطالبان لذلك المنهج الوصفي، و لجمع البيانات تم الاستعانة بمقياس فاعلية الذات ومقياس الضغط النفسي، وتم تطبيقهما على عينة قوامها 80 تلميذ وتلميذة في التعليم الثانوي وتم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين فاعلية الذات و الضغوط الدراسية لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية. - عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين فاعلية الذات و الضغوط الشخصية لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية. - عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين فاعلية الذات و الضغوط الفيزيولوجية لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية. - عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين فاعلية الذات و الضغوط العلائقية لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية. - عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين فاعلية الذات و الضغوط الدراسية لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية.	en_US
