| Résumé: | يتطرق الموضوع لوسائط النقل ببلاد المغرب القديم خلال العهد الإمبراطوري الأعلى، والتي تتمثل في هياكل النقل كالطرق بنوعيها البرية والمائية ، والمحطات والموانئ عبر كافة مقاطعات المغرب القديم ودورها في مجال النقل، ثم وسائل النقل البرية والبحرية والنهرية وخصائصها، إضافة إلى عمال النقل باعتبارهم جزءا من تلك الوسائط ؛ فيجب التحدث عن طرق عملهم، وأيضا تنظيم السلطات الرومانية للمهنة كالملاحة، إضافة إلى القوانين التي سنتها الإمبراطورية في مجال النقل ، كما لعبت الموارد المالية دورا هاما تسيير هذا النشاط الموجهة لصناعة وسائل النقل وترميم الهياكل وتسديد أجور الناقلين كان مصدر تلك الأموال من ضريبة البورتوريوم، التي فرضت على البضائع والأشخاص عند العبور، وخصصت لها إدارة في جبايتها، وقد عرف مجال النقل بالمغرب القديم مجموعة من المشاكل قد أثرت على تلك الوسائط، و هي عراقيل طبيعية بشرية ومادية، مما استدعى بالسلطات لمجابهتها من أجل تأمين وسائط النقل. |
| Description: | The topic deals with the means of transport the old Maghreb during the Supreme Imperial Era, which consists of transport structures such as roads of both types of land and water, stations and ports across all provinces of the Antiquity Maghreb and their role in transport, then land, sea and river transport and its characteristics, in addition to transport workers as part of those media; Important for the conduct of this activity, which is geared towards the transport industry, the restoration of structures and the payment of the wages of carriers, was the source of those funds from the Puerto Rican tax, which was imposed on goods and persons at transit, and was allocated to a department in its collection, and the area of transport in the old Maghreb has known a range of problems that have affected those media, which are natural human and material obstacles, which have necessitated the authorities to confront them in order to secure the means of transport |
