| Résumé: | تتناول هذه المذكرة الحياة الاقتصادية في الأندلس خلال فترة الدولة الأموية (من القرن 2هـ إلى 4هـ)، مركّزة على مظاهر النشاط الاقتصادي، وآليات التنظيم التي اعتمدتها الدولة لضمان الاستقرار والتوازن داخل المجتمع. وقد تم الاعتماد على كتب الحسبة بوصفها مرجعًا مهمًا يوثّق تفاصيل دقيقة حول الأسواق، الحِرَف، الزراعة، والتجارة، إلى جانب مصادر أخرى ساهمت في إثراء الدراسة. تكشف الدراسة عن النظرة الشاملة التي تبنّتها الدولة الأموية تجاه الاقتصاد، باعتباره مكونًا رئيسيًا في بنيتها السياسية والإدارية. وقد أُدمجت الحِسبة ضمن أدوات التنظيم والرقابة، فساهمت في ضبط المعاملات، ومراقبة الأسعار، وتحقيق العدالة الاقتصادية. كما يظهر في البحث حضور الفقهاء في توجيه الحياة الاقتصادية، مما يدل على التفاعل العميق بين الدين والنشاط الاقتصادي في المجتمع الأندلسي. خلصت المذكرة إلى أن مؤسسة الحسبة أسهمت في بناء منظومة اقتصادية قائمة على الانضباط الأخلاقي والتنظيم الفعّال، كما أفرزت تراثًا معرفيًا مهمًا يظهر في المؤلفات التي أرّخت لهذه التجربة الفريدة في تاريخ الغرب الإسلامي |
| Description: | This dissertation explores economic life in Al-Andalus during the Umayyad period (2nd to 4th century AH), with a focus on the various forms of economic activity and the institutional mechanisms developed by the state to ensure stability and order. Hisba manuals serve as key sources for understanding the practices of markets, crafts, agriculture, and trade, supplemented by additional historical references. The research outlines how the Umayyad authorities viewed the economy as an integral part of governance. The Hisba institution functioned as a regulatory framework to oversee market transactions, ensure fairness, and maintain public trust. The involvement of jurists in shaping economic behavior also reflects the strong connection between religious guidance and financial practice in Andalusian society. The study concludes that Hisba played a vital role in shaping a morally grounded and efficiently managed economic system. It also contributed to a lasting intellectual legacy through the body of literature produced during that period |
