| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إماطة اللثام عن واقع عملية الوقف خلال العهد الزياني من خلال وثائق الحبس التي نشرها شارل بروسلار في المجلة الإفريقية وأثرت بشكل ملموس في تقديم و عرض مختلف الأصناف الوقفية (مساجد، زوايا، أضرحة، مكتبات، أراضي، ورواتب مالية للمعلمين والعلماء ...إلخ)، وطرق تسييرها مع عرض مختلف الآليات والضوابط التي كانت تعتمد في إثبات تلك العمليات الوقفية كما تتبعت هاته الوثائق دور مختلف طبقات المجتمع الزياني ومدي مساهمته في الوقف . إذ أصبح الآن من بين مستلزمات البحث التاريخي تناول القضايا الجديدة في تاريخ الغرب الجزائري وخاصة تلك المرتبطة بالمجتمع والحياة اليومية من هذا من المنطلق تأتي وثائق الوقف على رأس هذا النوع من المصادر التاريخية التي تمدنا بمعلومات قيمة ودقيقة عن بعض القضايا العميقة في المجتمع التي لا نجد لها ذكرا في المصادر الإخبارية، فالوثائق التي اعتمدنا عليها (سجلات بروسلار الوقفية) تصب في هذا النوع من الدراسات فهي تعد نصوص من بين الدعامات الرئيسة لدراسة مختلف الظواهر الاجتماعية في مدينة تلمسان الزيانية |
| Description: | This study aims to shed light on the reality of the endowment (waqf) process during the Zayyanid era through the endowment documents published by Charles Brosseleur in the Revue Africaine. These documents have significantly contributed to the presentation and classification of various types of endowments (mosques, zawiyas, shrines, libraries, lands, financial salaries for teachers and scholars, etc.), as well as their management methods. They also outline the mechanisms and regulations used to verify and establish such endowment operations. Moreover, these documents trace the role of different social classes in the Zayyanid society and the extent of their contributions to the waqf system. Nowadays, addressing new issues in the history of Western Algeria, especially those related to society and daily life, has become essential in historical research. From this perspective, endowment documents emerge as one of the primary historical sources that provide us with valuable and precise information on deep societal issues not often mentioned in narrative sources. The documents used in this study (Brosseleur’s endowment registers) fall within this category, and they serve as fundamental texts for the study of various social phenomena in Zayyanid Tlemcen. |
