| dc.description.abstract | تتناول هىذه اللذكرة موضوع فاعلية الإشراف الأكاديمي في إنجاز الرسائل الجامعية، حيث تسعى إلى إبراز الإشراف كعنصر أساسي في البحث العلمي من خلال دراسة مفاهيمه، أنواعه، آلياته، وفنياته، بالإضافة إلى التحديات التي قد تواجه هذه العملية ،تنطلق من إشكالية محورية تتعلق بمدى مساهمة الإشراف في تسهيل إنجاز الرسائل بجودة وفاعلية، مع تحديد أبرز العوائق التي تحد من فاعليته، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي ودراسة ميدانية باستخدام الإستبيان، وخلصت إلى نتائج وتوصيات تهدف إلى تحسين ممارسات الإشراف الأكاديمي وتوجيه الطلبة والمشرفين نحو طرق أكثر كفاءة وتنظيما. | en_US |
