| Résumé: | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على واقع وتمثلات الفئات الأجيرة في المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية محمد بوضياف المتواجدة بدائرة مهدية-تيارت-، حيث قسمنا هذا العمل العلمي إلى جانبين نظري الذي تطرقنا فيه إلى إشكالية الدراسة وفرضيتها ثم مبررات اختيار الموضوع، أهمية وأهداف وصعوبات الدراسة، بالإضافة إلى تحديد مفاهيم الدراسة، أما فيما يتعلق بالجانب الميداني تطرقنا فيه إلى الإجراءات المنهجية للدراسة والذي يتضمن مجالات الدراسة، ومجتمع البحث البالغ عدده 455 مفردة وقد اعتمدنا على العينة القصدية من النوع الغير احتمالي و تم اختيار 07 مبحوثين لإجراء المقابلات معهم، كما اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الكيفي، وأدوات جمع المعطيات المقابلة كأداة أساسية، وذلك بهدف جمع المعطيات للإجابة على تساؤل الدراسة وفرضيتها التالية: - كيف هي تمثلات الأطقم الطبية والشبه الطبية عن واقعهم المهني داخل المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية بمهدية؟ الفرضية: -بناءا على المعطيات التي تحصلنا عليها مكنتنا من بناء فرضية أولية أساسية تفيد بأن عدد المرضى المقبلين على المستشفى لطلب العناية الصحية في تزايد مستمر ومواجهته من قبل عدد قليل من الموارد البشرية الطبية والشبه طبية وخاصة نقص الأخصائيين والمعدات اللوجستية أدى بهم إلى بناء تصور رديء لمهنتهم. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: -أن لكل الأطقم الطبيبة والشبه الطبية المتواجدة بالمؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية محمد بوضياف مهدية تمثلات مختلفة ومتباينة تختلف من أجير إلى آخر. -أن المريض يتلقى خدمات صحية متنوعة داخل المؤسسة الاستشفائية رغم نقص الموارد اللوجستية. -نقص الأطباء المختصين والاطباء العاميين والشبه طبين وكذا أهم معدات الطبية التي يحتاجونها في التكفل بالمرضى أدى بهم إلى بناء تصورات سيئة حول مهنتهم بالمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية مهدية. |
| Description: | The current study aimed to identify the reality and representations of the wage earners in the public hospital institution Mohamed Boudiaf, located in the department of Mahdia - Tiaret -, where we divided this scientific work into two theoretical aspects, in which we touched on the problem of the study and its hypothesis and then the justifications for choosing the topic, the importance, objectives and difficulties of the study, in addition to identifying the concepts of the study, as for the field side, we touched on the methodological procedures of the study, which includes the fields of study, and the research community of 455 individuals and we relied on the intentional sample of the type Non-probability 07 respondents were selected for interviews, and the study relied on the qualitative method, and the corresponding data collection tools as a basic tool, in order to collect data to answer the study's question and hypothesis: - How are the medical and paramedical staff representations of their professional reality within the public hospital institution in Mahdia? Hypothesis: Based on the data we obtained, we were able to build a basic initial hypothesis that the number of patients coming to the hospital to seek health care is constantly increasing and faced by a small number of medical and paramedical human resources, especially the lack of specialists and logistical equipment, led them to build a poor perception of their profession. The study found the following results: All the medical and paramedical staff in the public hospital institution Mohamed Boudiaf Mahdia have different and different representations that differ from one employee to another. The patient receives various health services within the hospital institution despite the lack of logistical resources. The lack of specialized doctors, general and paramedical doctors, as well as the most important medical equipment they need to take care of patients, led them to build bad perceptions about their profession in the public hospital institution Mahdia. |
