| Résumé: | تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع التنظيم الاجتماعي وأثره في تعزيز الاندماج الحضري، مع التركيز على الأشكال التقليدية للتنظيم الاجتماعي (القرابي والجواري) والتنظيم الرسمي الحديث في حي عدل 400 سكن بسوقر تيارت. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الكمي باستخدام أداة الاستمارة على عينة مكونة من 60 فردًا. أظهرت النتائج أن الروابط القرابية والجوارية تلعب دورًا مهمًا في تسهيل اندماج الوافدين الجدد في المجتمع الحضري، رغم وجود بعض نقاط الضعف في التعاون بين الأفراد. كما بينت الدراسة أن المؤسسات الرسمية تركز بشكل رئيسي على الجوانب المادية لكنها تعاني من قصور في معالجة الاختلافات الثقافية والاجتماعية التي تؤثر على الاندماج الشامل. وتشير النتائج إلى أن التنسيق والتعاون بين التنظيمات الاجتماعية التقليدية والمؤسسات الرسمية يساهم بشكل كبير في تعزيز اندماج الأفراد داخل المدينة، مع التأكيد على ضرورة دعم مؤسسي أكبر لضمان استمرارية هذا التكامل. تبرز الدراسة أهمية الجمع بين الأشكال التقليدية والحديثة للتنظيم الاجتماعي لبناء مجتمع حضري متماسك قادر على التكيف مع التحديات المعاصرة. وتسهم الدراسة في تقديم فهم معمق لدور التنظيم الاجتماعي في تحقيق الاستقرار والتماسك داخل المجتمعات الحضرية |
| Description: | This study addresses the topic of social organization and its impact on enhancing urban integration, focusing on the traditional forms of social organization (kinship and neighborhood) and modern formal organization in the AADL 400 Housing neighborhood in SOUGUEUR, TIARET. The study adopted a quantitative approach using a questionnaire applied to a sample of 60 individuals. The results showed that kinship and neighborhood ties play an important role in facilitating the integration of new arrivals into the urban community, despite some weaknesses in cooperation among individuals. The study also revealed that formal institutions mainly focus on material aspects but suffer from shortcomings in addressing cultural and social differences that affect comprehensive integration. The findings indicate that coordination and cooperation between traditional social organizations and formal institutions significantly contribute to enhancing individuals’ integration within the city, emphasizing the need for greater institutional support to ensure the continuity of this integration. The study highlights the importance of combining traditional and modern forms of social organization to build a cohesive urban society capable of adapting to contemporary challenges. It contributes to providing a deeper understanding of the role of social organization in achieving stability and cohesion within urban communities |
