| Résumé: | جاءت هذه الدراسة بعنوان افاق فلسفة الدين عربيا عند عبد الجبار الرفاعي لتبحث عن ملامح الأساسية لمشروع الرفاعي في تجديد فلسفه الدين من خلال تتبع رؤيه نقديه للتراث الديني وموقفه من علم الكلام وسعيه لتأسيس فهم جديد لفلسفة الدين يستجيب لتحولات الوعي المعاصر، يميز الرفاعي بين علم الكلام التقليدي وفلسفة الدين المعاصرة ويعتبر ان الأخيرة تعني بفهم الظاهرة الدينية من منطلقات انسانيه وعقلانية ينطلق من اعاده تعريف الدين بوصفه تجربه وجوديه وحاجه نفسيه وأخلاقية لا منظومه أيديولوجية مغلقه ويركز الرفاعي على اعاده انسنه الدين اي جعله يستجيب لحاجات الانسان الروحية والأخلاقية ويدعو الى الانتقال من دين التخويف الى دين الرحمة. يضع الرفاعي زمن اولويته الفكرية مشروع اعاده بناء علم الكلام بما يتلاءم مع معطيات العلوم الإنسانية الحديثة ويدعو الى عين كلام يعيد تعريف المفاهيم الكبرى كالله والوحي من منظور تأويلي وانفتاحي مستفيدا من منجزات الفلسفة الحديثة كما ينفتح الرفاعي على الله خاصه ما بعد الحداثة ويتفاعل مع افكار اللاهوت التحرر ولاهوت الرحمة في محاوله في محاوله لتجاوز الطابع القمعي الذي ارتبط بالخطاب الدين الاسلامي التقليدي وان افاق فلسفه الدين عند عبد الجبار الرفاعي تنبثق من حاجه ملحه الى تجديد التفكير الدين العربي بالانفتاح على مناهج حديثه والانشغال بأسئلة الانسان المعاصر وتحرير الدين من الجمود التراثي لصالح خطاب رحيم انساني وعقلاني وفتح مجال فلسفه الدين في السياق العربي يقدم الرفاعي فلسف الدين ذات طابع عربي اسلامي توازي ما انتجه الغرب فلسفيا لكنها تنبع من اسئلتنا نحن ومن تراثنا الثقافي والديني |
| Description: | This study, titled Prospects of the Philosophy of Religion in the Arab World according to Abdul Jabbar Al-Rifai, explores the key features of Al-Rifai’s project to renew the philosophy of religion. It does so by tracing his critical perspective on religious heritage, his stance on traditional Islamic theology (‘Ilm al-Kalām), and his efforts to establish a new understanding of the philosophy of religion that responds to the transformations in contemporary consciousness. Al-Rifai distinguishes between traditional Kalām and contemporary philosophy of religion, considering the latter to be concerned with understanding the religious phenomenon from humanistic and rational foundations. He redefines religion as an existential experience and a psychological and ethical need, rather than as a closed ideological system. Al-Rifai focuses on re-humanizing religion—making it responsive to human spiritual and moral needs—and calls for a shift from a religion of fear to a religion of mercy. He prioritizes the intellectual project of reconstructing Kalām in accordance with the developments in modern human sciences. He calls for a theology that redefines fundamental concepts such as God and revelation through an interpretive and open-minded lens, drawing on the achievements of modern philosophy. Al-Rifai also engages with postmodern thought and interacts with the ideas of liberation theology and the theology of mercy in an attempt to overcome the repressive character often associated with traditional Islamic religious discourse. The prospects of the philosophy of religion, according to Al-Rifai, stem from an urgent need to renew Arab religious thought by embracing modern methodologies, addressing the questions of contemporary humanity, and liberating religion from the rigidity of traditionalism. He advocates for a merciful, humanistic, and rational discourse. By opening the space for philosophy of religion within the Arab context, Al-Rifai presents a philosophy of religion with an Arab-Islamic character that parallels what the West has philosophically produced, but which arises from our own questions and our own cultural and religious heritage |
