| Résumé: | تهدف دراستنا الحالية إلى الكشف عن المعاش النفسي لدى المرأة المصابة بسرطان الثدي، و للتحققمن أهداف الدراسة استعنا بمجموعة من الأدوات والتي تتمثل في:المقابلة نصف موجهة،مقياس القلق و الاكتئاب و تحليل المحتوى لجودة الحياة ،وتكونت عينة البحث من حالتين مصابات بسرطان الثدي حيث تتراوح أعمارهن بين( 38-54).و اللواتي يخضعن للعلاج في مستشفى ابن سينا بولاية تيارت، و عليه تبلورت إشكالية بحثنا في طرح التساؤلات التالية : • هل لسرطان الثديتأثير على المعاش النفسي للمرأة وجودة الحياة لديها ؟ • ماهي الآثار النفسية الناتجة عن سرطان الثديعلى المرأة ؟ و قد أسفرت النتائج المتحصل عليها وفق منهج دراسة الحالة ومن خلال المقاييس المطبقة على الحالتين و بعد عرضها و مناقشتها على ضوء الفرضيات و الدراسات السابقة توصلنا إلى: - يؤثر سرطان الثدي علىالمعاش النفسي للمرأة وجودة الحياة لديها. - تظهر على المرأة المصابة بسرطان الثدي آثار نفسية . |
| Description: | Our current study aims to uncover the psychological treatment received by women diagnosed with breast cancer and to verify one of the study's objectives by selecting a sample of women facing depression and anxiety. The study analyzes the content related to the quality of life and includes two cases of women suffering from breast cancer, agedbetween 38 and 54 years, who are under going treatment at Ibn Sina Hospital in the state of Tébessa. Based on this, the study seeks to answer the following main questions: -Does breast cancer affect a woman’s psychological well-being and quality of life ? -What are the psychological effects of breast cancer on women ? The resultsconcluded—according to our descriptive study and the appliedclinicalapproach on the two cases, followed by a discussion based on previousstudies and hypotheses—that: -Breast canceaffeects a woman’s psychological well-being and quality of life. -A woman diagnosed with breast cancer shows psychological effects. |
