| Résumé: | تهدف هذة الدراسة الى التعرف على دور مشرفي التربية في الحد من ظاهرة التنمر في الوسط المدرسي، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال استخدام الاستبيان التي ارتأينا أنه يتناسب مع دراستنا الاستكشافية. استنادا الى الدراسات السابقة، والأطر النظرية، تضمن 40فقرة موزعة على بعد الدور التوعوي ، وبعد الدور التدخل ، وبعد الدور الارشادي ،بعد التأكد من خصائصه السيكومترية. حيث وزع على مشرفي التربية، والمقدر عددهم 286مشرفا من متوسطات وثانويات ولاية تيارت وضواحيها، تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية. أما عن الأساليب الإحصائية المستخدمة في تحليل بيانات الدراسة فشملت، تحليل التباين، التكرارات، النسب المئوية، المتوسطات، الانحراف معياري، اختبار (ت) للعينة الواحدة، اختبار (ت) لعينتين مستقلتين، وتم من استخدام هذه الأساليب من خلال برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية SPSSبالنسخة (21). أظهرت النتائج المتحصل عليها ما يلي: - تمثل دور مشرفي التربية في الحد من ظاهرة التنمر في الوسط المدرسي في في ثلاثة أدوار، الدور التوعوي بمتوسط حسابي 24.72ونسبة موزونة74.90%.يليه الدور التدخل بمتوسط حسابي32.76 ونسبة موزونة78% ثم الدور الارشادي بمتوسط حسابي 39.09 ونسبة موزونة86.86%. - لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في دور مشرفي التربية في الحد من ظاهرة التنمر في الوسط المدرسي تعزى بالمتغير الجنس. - لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في دور مشرفي التربية في الحد من ظاهرة التنمر في الوسط المدرسي تعزى بالمتغير المؤهل . - لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في دور مشرفي التربية في الحد من ظاهرة التنمر في الوسط المدرسي تعزى بالمتغير التخصص . نوقشت النتائج في ظل الدراسات السابقة والأطر النظرية وخلصت بمجموعة مقترحات. |
| Description: | This study aims to identify the role of education supervisors in reducing the phenomenon of bullying in the school environment, and to achieve this goal, we used the descriptive and analytical method through the use of the questionnaire that we thought was suitable for our exploratory study. Based on previous studies. And theoretical frameworks, it included 40 items distributed on the dimension of the awareness role, after the intervention role, and after the guidance role, after confirming its psychometric properties. It was distributed to 286 supervisors of education, estimated at 286 supervisors from middle schools and high schools in the state of Tiaret and its environs, who were selected in a purposive manner. As for the statistical methods used in analyzing the study data, they included analysis of variance, frequencies, percentages, means, means, standard deviation, t-test for one sample, t-test for two independent samples, and these methods were used through the statistical package program SPSS version (21). The results obtained showed the following: - The role of education supervisors in reducing the phenomenon of bullying in the school environment was represented in three roles, the awareness role with an arithmetic mean of 24.72 and a weighted percentage of 74.90%, followed by the intervention role with an arithmetic mean of 32.76 and a weighted percentage of 78%, then the counseling role with an arithmetic mean of 39.09 and a weighted percentage of 86.86%. - There are no statistically significant differences in the role of education supervisors in reducing the phenomenon of bullying in the school environment due to the gender variable. - There are no statistically significant differences in the role of education supervisors in reducing the phenomenon of bullying in the school environment due to the variable of qualification. - There are no statistically significant differences in the role of education supervisors in reducing the phenomenon of bullying in the school environment due to the variable of specialization. The results were discussed in light of previous studies and theoretical frameworks and concluded with a set of proposals. |
