| Résumé: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الخوض في مسألة التسيير الديمقراطي في جامعة تيارت وأثرها على تطوير الإبداع الإداري، وحاول الباحث الإحاطة بجميع جوانب الظاهرة من خلال تناول تأثيرات البيئة الخارجية والداخلية على تشكيل ثقافة وسلوك الأفراد داخل الجماعات التنظيمية، وكان ذلك عبر التعرف على مختلف الأنماط القيادية السائدة عموما، والمراحل التي مرت بها الجامعة، مع التنويه دائما لطبيعة المراحل السياسية باعتبار تأثيراتها المباشرة على توجهات الجامعة، مع الأخذ بعين الإعتبار أهمية البعد الديمقراطي التشاركي لتجسيد الإبداع، فالحرية هي شريان حياة للإبداع عموما والإبداع الإداري على وجه الخصوص. |
| Description: | This study was conducted to shed light on the issue of democratic management at Tiaret University and its role in facilitating administrative creativity. The researcher aimed to cover all aspects of the phenomenon, through addressing the external and internal influences on shaping the culture and behavior of individuals within the organization. The study also focused on identifying different types of leadership styles and the political stages that the university has passed through, considering its impact on university's orientation. While highlighting the importance of the participatory democratic dimension in embodying creativity. Freedom is seen as a crucial element for creativity generally and administrative creativity particularly, and hence, should be given due consideration. The study used a descriptive analytical method and collected data through observation and interviews with the university officials of Tiaret. The sample consisted of 9 people, including the university president and 8 deans. The qualitative data was analyzed using MAXQDA2020 software to identify evidence and indicators of the presence or absence of democratic management in the university and its influence on administrative creativity |
