| dc.description | This study investigated the levels of psychological and social support, organizational support, and occupational stress among health workers in Djelfa, Algeria. In addition, it aimed to verify the extent to which a proposed theoretical model is consistent with the direct relationships of variation between psychological and social support and organizational support as independent variables forming the concept of support related to the organizational side in general, and occupational stress as a dependent variable. To achieve this, a descriptive-analytical approach was used and different descriptive and inferential statistical methods, the most important of which is the path analysis method. The study sample consisted of 316 health workers in Djelfa. To collect data, we used the Organizational Support Scale by Eisenberger, R. & al 1986, the Psychological and Social Support Scale by Khalifa bin Nasser Al-Omari Al-Dawsari 2020, and the Occupational Stress Scale by Robert Karasek 1979 R. Karasek Job Content Questionnaire, The data was analyzed using SPSS v26 and AMOS v26. The results of the study showed that there were moderate levels of organizational support, psychological and social support, and occupational stress among health workers in Djelfa. The results showed that all three variables were at moderate levels. The study also found that both organizational support and psychological and social support had a negative effect on occupational stress, as well as the effect of variation between psychological and social support and organizational support in determining the level of occupational stress among health workers in Djelfa. The results of the study confirm the need to pay attention to the different level of support for workers in the health sector to meet their psychological, social, and organizational needs, in order to reduce the factors contributing to stress and the symptoms resulting from it, and in order to create a healthy organizational environment. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستويات كل من الدعم النفس ي والاجتماعي والدعم التنظيمي والإجهاد المهني لدى فئة عمال القطاع الصحي بمدينة الجلفة، بالإضافة إلى التحقق من مدى مطابقة نموذج نظري مقترح يجمع العلاقات المباشرة للتغاير بين الدعم النفس ي والاجتماعي والدعم التنظيمي بإعتبا رها المتغيرات المستقلة المشكلة لمفهوم الدعم المتعلق بالجانب التنظيمي بصفة عامة، والإجهاد المهني بإعتبا ره متغيرا تابعا . ولتحقيق ذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي با لإعتماد على أساليب إحصائية وصفية واستدلالية مختلفة تمثل أهمها في أسلوب تحليل المسار Path Analysis ، وقد شملت عينة الدراسة 316 عاملا من عمال القطاع الصحي بمدينة الجلفة، ولجمع البيانات تم استخدام مقياس الدعم التنظيمي ل Eisenberger, R & al 1986 ، ومقياس الدعم النفس ي والاجتماعي لخليفة بن ناصر العماري الدوسري 2020 ، ومقياس الإجهاد المهني لروبار كرازاك 1979 R. Karasek Job Content Questionnaire ، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام حزمة SPSS v26 و AMOS v26 . وتبين نتائج الدراسة وجود مستويات متوسطة لكل من الدعم التنظيمي والدعم النفس ي والاجتماعي والإجهاد المهني لدى فئة عمال القطاع الصحي بمدينة الجلفة، كما تبين النتائج كذلك وجود تأثير سلبي لكل من الدعم التنظيمي والدعم النفس ي والاجتماعي على الإجهاد المهني، وكذا مساهمة التغاير بين الدعم النفس ي والاجتماعي والدعم التنظيمي في تحديد مستوى الإجهاد المهني لدى عمال القطاع الصحي بمدينة الجلفة، و تؤكد نتائج الدراسة إلى ضرورة ا لإهتمام بأنواع الدعم للعامل في القطاع الصحي تلبية لمتطلباته النفسية و الاجتماعية والتنظيمية، و ذلك بهدف تقليل العوامل المساهمة في الإجهاد و ا لأعراض الناجمة عنها، و ذلك بهدف خلق بيئة تنظيمية صحية. | en_US |
