| Résumé: | احتل موضوع الكفايات مكانة هامة في عالم التربية عامة وفي مجال التعليمية خاصة، لهذا يهدف هذا البحث الى تبيان واقع ممارسة الكفايات التدريسية لأساتذة اللغة العربية في مرحلة التعليم المتوسط في المدرسة الجزائرية وابراز اثرها في عملية التعليم عامة واللغة العربية خاصة ، كما تتعرض الدراسة التي بين ثنايا هذا البحث الى الكشف عن الصفات والخصائص الواجب توفرها في اساتذة اللغة العربية لأداء مهنتهم باتقان. |
| Description: | The subject of competencies has assumed a significant position in the realm of education broadly, and within the domain of pedagogy specifically. This study aims to investigate the current state of the implementation of teaching competencies among Arabic language instructors at the middle school level in Algeri education alinstitutions and to highlight their impact on the educational process as a whole, and on the Arabic language in particular. Furthermore, this study delves into identifying the attributes and characteristics that Arabic language the teacher's must possess to perform their duties proficiently. To achieve this, we employed a descriptive experimental methodology and conducted a survey study. The study concluded that the extensive workload presents a significant obstacle for teachers. Therefore, it is essential to reconsider the curricula, which currently demand a considerable amount of the teachers time to understand and present in the simplest ways to students. The workload exceeds the teacher's; capacity to deliver effectively and surpasses the students' ability to comprehend. |
