dc.description	The obligation of safety in electroniccontractsis a legal obligation incumbent on the intervenorwhoisconsidered a professional in the field of electroniccontractingthattakes place throughelectronic media via the Internet. The generalrulesstipulated in the Algerian Civil Code and Law N° 09-03 on Consumer Protection and Suppression of Fraudapply to this obligation in the absence of the legislator'sregulation in Law N° 18-05 on electronic commerce. This obligation has specificity and isrealisedthroughlegal instruments, the most important of which are the obligation to inform and the obligation to conform, and in case of breach, civil and criminalliability of the intervenor.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	الالتزام بالسلامة في العقود الالكترونية التزام قانوني يقع على عاتق المتدخل الذي يعتبر محترفا في مجال التعاقد الالكتروني الذي يتم عبر وسائط إلكترونية عبر الشبكة العالمية للانترنيت ٫ و تطبق القواعد العامة المنصوص عل يها في القانون المدني الجزائري والقانون رقم 09 - 03 المتعلق بحماية المستهلك وقمع الغش على هذا الالتزام في ظل عدم تنظيم المشرع له في القانون رقم 18 - 05 المتعلق بالتجارة الالكتروني، ولهذا الالتزام خصوصية و يتحقق هذا الأخير بأدوات قانونية اهمها الالتزام بالإعلام و الالتزام بالمطابقة، و في حال الاخلال به تقوم مسؤولية المدنية و المسؤولية الجزائية للمتدخل حماية للمستهلك الالكتروني الذي يعتبر الطرف الضعيف في العلاقة .	en_US
