dc.description	The present study aims to highlight the position of the government in the Algerian constitutional system in light of the novelties brought by the constitutional review of 2020, since the Algerian constitutional, through this review, has assigned-for the first time, in one constitutional document two different names for one constitutional position; namely, the position whose holder assumes leadership of the government. So, he was labeled head of government if the legislative elections resulted in a majority which is not loyal to the President of the Republic, and a Prime Minister is designated when these elections resulted in a majority which is loyal to the President. Also, it allowed the government, on the other hand, to implement its program in case a loyal parliamentary majority emerge	en_US
dc.description.abstract	الدراسة تقوم على ابراز مكانة الحكومة في النظام الدستوري الجزائري على ضوء المستجدات التي أتى بها التعديل و المراجعة الدستورية لسنة 2020، لاسيما أن المؤسس الدستوري، ومن خلال هده المراجعة قد خص لأول مرة ضمن وثيقة دستورية واحدة تسميتين مختلفتين لمنصب دستوري واحد، ألا وهو المنصب الدي يتولى صاحبه قيادة الحكومة، فأطلق عليه تسمية رئيس الحكومة إذا ما أسفرت الانتخابات التشريعية على أغلبية غير موالية للرئيس أي برلمانية، وتسمية الوزير الأول عندما تسفر هذه الانتخابات على أغلبية رئاسية، كما سمح للحكومة من جهة اخرى تطبيق برنامجها في حالة بروز أغلبية برلمانية موالية لها.	en_US
