dc.description	This study addresses the architect's responsibility for ensuring building safety, focusing on a comparative analysis of legislation in various countries. The aim is to analyze the obligations imposed on architects to guarantee building safety and determine the extent of their liability in the event of a collapse or construction defects. The study employs a comparative analytical methodology, gathering information from relevant laws and regulations in different countries, as well as scientific references and previous studies. The information was analyzed and categorized according to specific topics such as the structural safety of buildings, as well as health and environmental safety. It also examines the architect's obligations, including implementation, supervision of execution, maintenance, and civil liability, which encompasses compensation for damages and criminal penalties	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تتناول هذه الدراسة مسؤولية المهندس المعماري عن ضمان سلامة المباني، مع التركيز على دراسة مقارنة بين التشريعات في مختلف الدول ، إذ تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل الالتزامات المفروضة على المهندس المعماري لضمان سلامة المباني، وتحديد مدى مسؤوليته في حال حدوث انهيار أو عيوب في البناء . كما اعتمدنا على المنهج التحليلي المقارن، إذ تم جمع المعلومات من التشريعات واللوائح ذات الصلة في مختلف الدول، بالإضافة إلى المراجع العلمية والدراسات السابقة تم تحليل المعلومات وتصنيفها وفقًا لموضوعات محددة كالسلامة الهيكلية للمباني وكذا السلامة الصحية والبيئية، ومن ثم التطلع لالتزامات المهندس المعماري كالتنفيذ ، والإشراف على التنفيذ، الصيانة وصولا إلى المسؤولية المدنية لهذا الأخير المتمثلة في التعويض عن الأضرار، اولعقوبات الجزائية.	en_US
