Therefore, the judicial function is one of the most important pillars on which the state relies to achieve legal and judicial security, to protect the interests of individuals and social peace, so the judiciary had a key position, as it is the protector of rights and freedoms and has a lofty responsibility, represented in settling disputes and laying the foundations of work between people, so the legislator fortified the magistrates with a set of guarantees that guarantee them the greatest degree of exploitation, and reassurance in them ensures not to rush and fall into "error" and organize methods of appealen_US
