dc.description	Until recently, the judiciary was subject to the rules of responsibility only as an exception in cases where the legislator so provides, where the public authority was not responsible for the activity of the judicial facility, because the fundamental idea that "the judge cannot make mistakes" was established as the judge embodies truth and justice, and this principle of infallibility was seen in all judicial acts. Therefore, the judicial function is one of the most important pillars on which the state relies to achieve legal and judicial security, to protect the interests of individuals and social peace, so the judiciary had a key position, as it is the protector of rights and freedoms and has a lofty responsibility, represented in settling disputes and laying the foundations of work between people, so the legislator fortified the magistrates with a set of guarantees that guarantee them the greatest degree of exploitation, and reassurance in them ensures not to rush and fall into "error" and organize methods of appeal	en_US
dc.description.abstract	ان السلطة القضائية وحتى وقت قريب كانت لا تخضع لقواعد المسؤولية الا استثناء في الحالات التي ينص فيها المشرع على ذلك ، حيث كانت السلطة العامة غير مسؤولة عن نشاط المرفق القضائي ، ذلك لرسوخ فكرة جوهرية مفادها "القاض لا يمكن ان يخطئ" باعتبار القاضي يجسد الحقيقة والعدالة، ومبدأ العصمة ، هذا كان يرى على جميع الأعمال القضائية.	en_US
