dc.description	Financial corruption crimes have spread terribly, both at the international level and at the local level, and the crime of money laundering is among the most serious crimes known to Algeria as it is linked to illegal activities. The crime of money laundering aims to legitimize illegal funds, as it has a direct link to terrorism and its financing, and is based on three pillars, the material element, the moral element and the supposed element, and it also negatively affected the national economy and the political system of the state, and to combat this crime, the Algerian legislator has enacted a set of laws and penalties for those in charge of it, and developed mechanisms to combat it and adopt methods to investigate crime and limit its spread.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	إن جريمة تبييض الأموال تهدف لإضفاء الشرعية على الأموال غير المشروعة ، كما ان لها ارتباط مباشر بالإرهاب وتمويله ، وتقوم على ثلاثة أركان الركن المادي والركن المعنوي والركن المفترض ، كما تأثر سلبا على الاقتصاد الوطني والنظام السياسي للدولة ، ولمحاربة هذه الجريمة قام المشرع الجزائري بسن مجموعة من القوانين والعقوبات للقائمين عليها ، ووضع آليات لمكافحتها وتبني أساليب للتحري عن الجريمة والحد من انتشارها.	en_US
