dc.description	Solidarity is considered a description of the obligation, when there are multiple parties to it. Solidarity is not assumed, but is determined by agreement or text in the law, as the creditor has the right to benefit from the guarantee of obtaining his right by agreement, within the scope of the contract, while there is no room for that within tort liability. Solidarity either exists in the relationship of the injured person with the officials, such that he has the right to seek recourse against them and demand compensation, or the relationship is between the officials themselves, and the right of recourse for the responsible person who paid the debt is established against other officials, either through a personal lawsuit, or through a claim of subrogation.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	يعد التضامن وصف من أوصاف الإلتزام، عندما يتعدد أطرافه، فالتضامن لا يفترض، إنما يتقرر بموجب إتفاق أو نص في القانون ، إذ أن للدائن أن يستفيد من ضمان الحصول على حقه بالإتفاق، في نطاق العقد، في حين أنه لا مجال لذلك ضمن المسؤولية التقصرية، فالتضامن إما أن يكون في علاقة المضرور بالمسؤولين، بحيث يحق له الرجوع عليهم، والمطالبة بالتعويض، أو أن تكون العلاقة بين المسؤولين أنفسهم، ويتأسس حق الرجوع للمسؤول الموفي على غيره من المسؤولين إما بالدعوى الشخصية، أو بدعوى الحلول.	en_US
