dc.descriptionThis topic, called environmental crimes affecting the aquatic environment in Algerian legislation, was the main problem that we tried to answer was defining the aquatic environment, explaining the most important crimes that occur against it, and showing the most important mechanisms and means that the Algerian legislator addressed to protect the aquatic environment and combat those crimes against it, in addition to identifying On the various legal legislation embodied in Algerian legislation that deals with the content of the aquatic environment. The study answered this through two chapters: the first explained the crimes that occur against the aquatic environment, their sources, and the legal basis for them, and the second was devoted to mechanisms for protecting the aquatic environment, which are represented by penal protection and procedural protectionen_US
