dc.description	The Algerian legislator’s approval of the principle of criminal liability for legal persons when amended in 2004 required it to approve original and complementary penalties that are compatible with its nature. dc.description.abstract	إن إقرار المشرع الجزائري لمبدأ المسؤولية الجزائية للأشخاص المعنوية عند تعديله في سنة 2004 ، قد استوجب عليه إقرار عقوبات أصلية وتكميلية له تتلاءم مع طبيعته، كما أن هذ التعديل قد استوجب أيضا وضع قواعد إجرائية خاصة منيا مسألة تمثيل الشخص المعنوي المتابع جزائيا أمام الجهات القضائية الجزائية وهو الأمر الذي تطرق إليه في قانون الإجراءات الجزائية الجزائري عند تعديله أيضا في سنة 2004 ، حيث تم استحداث نصوص خاصة تبين كيفية تمثيل الشخص المعنوي المتابع جزائيا، والتطرق إلى مسألة تمثيل الشخص المعنوي في الحالة التي يكون فييا متابعا جزائيا وحده دون ممثله القانوني، وفي الحالة التي يتم فيها متابعة ممثله القانوني معه أيضا.	en_US
