dc.description.abstract	إن ممارسة الرياضة تساهم في التفتح الفكري للمواطنين وتهيئتهم بدنيا والمحافظة على صحتهم مما جعل المشرع يتدخل بمجموعة من النصوص والأحكام القانونية من اجل تنظيم ممارستها، ومن اجل ضمان السير الحسن للمسابقات والمنافسات، حيث جرم المشرع تعاطي المنشطات على الرياضيين والمساهمين فيها، لأن استعمالها يؤدي إلى زيادة مصطنعة في القدرة البدنية للاعب المستهلك لها والتي تكون مضرة للجسم البشري بشكل كبير وخطير من الناحية الجسمية والنفسية، فالأساس التشريعي في تجريم المنشطات قائم بالدرجة الأولى على أساس صحي للمحافظة على صحة اللاعبين، وعلى أساس رياضي مناطه تكافؤ الفرص بين المتنافسين	en_US
