dc.description	The relationship between the environmental system and the health system is characterised as a relationship of influence and impact, with both systems influencing each other in both positive and negative ways. Although the issue of the impact of the environmental organisation on human health is an obvious one, the impact of health on the environment is not a common concept, and therefore we have highlighted through this study one of the aspects of the impact of the health system on the environment in the light of the provisions of Algerian legislation	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تتميز العلاقة بين المنظومة البيئية والمنظومة الصحية على بانها علاقة تأثير وتأثر فكل من المنظومتين تأثر على الأخرى في الجانبين السلبي والإيجابي. وبالرغم من كون مسالة تأثير المنظمة البيئية على صحة الأنسان من قبيل المسائل البديهية ألا أن اثر الصحة على البيئة ليس بالمفهوم الشائع، وعليه فقد سلطنا الضوء من خلال دراستنا هذه على وجه من أوجه تأثير المنظومة الصحية على البيئة على ضوء أحكام التشريع الجزائري	en_US
