dc.description	The study addressed the most important international monitoring means in the field of combating corruption as a transnational crime with a negative impact on the global and human society in terms of conventional mechanisms and the international equation related to combating corruption globally or regionally, whether through official international institutions like the International Criminal Court and the International Monetary Fund, or unofficially through civil society organizations at the international level specialized in combating corruption, with the most prominent being Transparency International.
