| Résumé: | لقد احتل موضوع المخالفات العمرانية الصدارة الأولى في العديد من الدول، نظرا لأهميته منها الجزائر، حيث عالج المشرع الجزائري في قانون التهيئة والتعمير، أهم المخالفات العمرانية، نجد تلك المتعلقة بالرخص، كالبناء بدون رخصة ورخصة التجزئة والهدم، كما نجد أيضا المتعلقة بالشهادات وأيضا غيرها من المخالفات التي تمس النسيج الحضاري. وحدد منه ذلك الجهات الادارية المختصة في رصد المخالفات ومراقبتها، كما أنه نص على أصرم العقوبات للحد منها، وايجاد حلول لكي لا تصبح محل فوضى في النطاق العمراني. |
| Description: | The issue of urban violations has occupied the forefront of the first in many countries, due to its importance, including Algeria, where the Algerian legislator dealt with the development and reconstruction law, the most important urban violations, we find those related to licenses, such as building without a permit, retail license and demolition, as well as certificates and also other violations that affect the fabric of civilization. This specified the competent administrative authorities in monitoring and controlling violations, and stipulated the strictest penalties to reduce them, and to find solutions so that they do not become a subject of chaos in the urban area |
