| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الفرص والمخاطر الناتجة عن استخدام تقنيات ونظم الذكاء الاصطناعي، والتعرف على واقع الدول من هذا العلم الحديث نسبيا، وسريع الانتشار والتقدم بشكل لافت، ولقد تبين من خلال الدراسة إلى أن الذكاء الاصطناعي بنظمه المختلفة يقدم فرصا واعدة لابد على العمل على استغلاها، وذلك بتوفير البنية العلمية قبل التقنية، ومن ناحية ثانية، فإن المخاطر أو التهديدات التي تشكلها بعض تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي نتيجة للاستخدام السلبي لتقنياته لا بد من أخذها على محمل الجد. |
| Description: | This study aims to identify the opportunities and risks resulting from the use of artificial intelligence technologies and systems, and to identify the reality of countries regarding this relatively new science, which is rapidly spreading and advancing remarkably. The study has shown that artificial intelligence, with its various systems, offers promising opportunities that must be exploited by providing the scientific structure before the technical one. On the other hand, the risks or threats posed by some artificial intelligence technologies as a result of the negative use of its technologies must be taken seriously |
