Résumé:	يعتبر الأمن احد اهم الغايات التي يسعى الجميع الى تحقيقها منذ الأزل ولازالت الدول تسعى الى ذلك أيضا فنجد أن جميع الدول تسعى بكل ما اوتيت من إمكانيات الى حماية قمها من جميع الاعتداءات والجرائم التي قد تمس بانه القومي وقد ازدهر مفهوم الأمن القومي عقب الحربين العالميتين وتوسع مفهومه ليشمل مجالات أخرى كالاقتصاد والبنية الاجتماعية والثقافية وغيرها من القطاعات. ومن ضمان حماية امن الدولة نجد أن الشرع الجزائري قد نظم مجموعة من الجرائم التي تمس بامن الدولة من خلال نصوص قانون العقوبات ونصوص خاصة أخرى وذلك من اجل قمعها والحد منها وبالتالي تحقيق السلم والأمن القومي.
Description:	Security is one of the most important goals that everyone seeks to achieve since ancient times, and countries are still seeking this as well, so we find that all countries seek with all the means at their disposal to protect their summits from all attacks and crimes that may affect their national security The concept of national security flourished after the two world wars and its concept expanded to include other areas such as the economy, social and cultural structure and other sectors. In order to protect the security of the state, Algerian law has regulated a range of offences that affect the security of the state through the provisions of the Penal Code and other special texts in order to suppress and limit them and thus achieve peace and national security
