| Résumé: | من خلال هذه الدراسة تم مناقشة موضوع التنظيم القانوني لوزارة الشؤون الخارجية والجالية الوطنية بالخارج، من خلال التطرق إلى الإطار القانوني والإداري والمهام الأساسية للأجهزة الدبلوماسية الداخلية وممثلاتها بالخارج، من ناحية الأجهزة وهياكل الإدارية القائمة بتنظيم أعمالها، والتطرق إلى التنظيم الإداري للوظيفة الدبلوماسية والقنصلية الجزائرية، عمى مستويين الداخلي من خلال الإلمام بتنظيم وزارة الشؤون الخارجية الجزائرية، وعلى مستوى الخارجي من خلال التطرق إلى التنظيم الإداري للسفارت والقنصليات الجزائرية المعتمدة في الخارج، إلى جانب تحديد مهام الصلاحيات مع إبراز خصوصية التنظيم. |
| Description: | Through this study, the issue of the legal organization of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad was discussed, by addressing the legal and administrative framework and the basic tasks of the internal diplomatic organs and their representatives abroad, in terms of the organs and administrative structures that organize their work, and addressing the administrative organization of the Algerian diplomatic and consular function, at the internal levels through familiarity with the organization of the Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and at the external level by addressing the administrative organization of Algerian embassies and consulates. approved abroad, in addition to defining the tasks of powers while highlighting the specificity of the organization |
