dc.description	Cybercrime is one of the most dangerous crimes facing societies in the digital age, characterized by its virtual nature that aids in concealing evidence. Due to the severity and increasing rates of these crimes, it has become essential to adapt criminal legislation to keep pace with digital crimes and the critical information systems they target. In this context, the importance of the role of judicial police in combating cybercrime is highlighted, as these entities directly undertake the necessary legal procedures to apprehend criminals, gather evidence, and arrest suspects. With the evolution of methods used in committing cybercrimes, it has become imperative to define the jurisdiction of judicial police in this field to ensure the effectiveness of their duties and the protection of individual rights and freedoms. In this study, we have addressed the key challenges faced by judicial police in combating cybercrimes, such as the ability to conceal or destroy digital evidence, and methods for uncovering evidence according to traditional or modern procedures. Additionally, we have examined the most important legal regulations governing the exercise of jurisdiction by judicial police in this field, including legislative texts, particularly Law No. 09-04.dated August 05, 2009.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تعد الجریمة المعلوماتیة من أخطر الجرائم التي تواجه المجتمعات في العصر الرقمي، حیث تتمیز بطبیعتها الافتراضیة التي تساعد على إخفاء أدلة الاثبات. ونظرا لخطورة هذه الجرائم وتزاید معدلاتها، أصبح من الضروري إخضاع التشریعات الجنائیة لصور جدیدة تواكب جرائم العصر الرقمي والماسة بأنظمة المعطیات. في هذا السیاق، تبرز أهمیة دور الشرطة القضائیة في مكافحة الجریمة المعلوماتیة، حیث تتولى هذه الجهات مباشرة الإجراءات القانونیة اللازمة لضبط الجرائم وجمع الأدلة والقبض على المشتبه. ومع تطور أسالیب ارتكاب الجرائم المعلوماتیة، أصبح من الضروري تحدید حدود إختصاص الشرطة القضائیة في هذا المجال، وذلك لضمان فعالیة أدائها لمهامها وحمایة الحقوق والحریات الفردیة.	en_US
