dc.description	The issue of food has incrreasingly gained attention as a major problem facing most developing and Arab coutries, and Algerie is no exception. As acountry located on the southem shore of the Mediterranean, its diet is heavily dependent on wheat, which occupies about 70% of the arable land. In this memorandum, we will discuss the importance of the product through the approach of the value chain within the agrocutural food system. This is a crucial ùethod for understanding and analyzing the value chain from wheat production to consumption. Thecase study will focus on the wheat value chain in Tiaret, a significant agriculrral area that greatly contributes to wheat production, making this analysis highly relevant. In this gradution thesis, we will discuss the importance of the product through the approach of the value chain within th agricultural food system. The study includes an examination of agricultural policies that impact all stages of agricultural production, including government policies : subsidies, finacing, marketing, production cycles, regulation, and consumption.
