dc.description	The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the accounting methods for financial lease contracts in relation to the financial accounting system and international accounting standards. The goal was achieved through a case study that was implemented at the level of the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development, Tiaret Agency 541A, during the months of March and April. The study reached results, the most notable of which is the existence of a high degree of compatibility in accounting practices between the system and International Standard No. 16 (Lease Contracts). This study recommended working to expand the circle of financial institutions that deal with this financing formula, and this is part of financial policies in order to contribute to economic growth.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	الهدف الأساسي من هذه الدراسة هو تقييم الطرق المحاسبية لعقود الإيجار التمويلي فيما يتعلق بالنظام المحاسبي المالي والمعايير المحاسبية الدولية. وقد تم تحقيق الهدف من خلال دراسة حالة تم تنفيذها على مستوى بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية وكالة تيارت 541A خلال شهري مارس وأبريل، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أبرزها وجود توافق كبير في الممارسات المحاسبية بين النظام والمعيار الدولي رقم 16 عقود الإيجار وأوصت هذه الدراسة الى العمل على توسيع دائرة المؤسسات المالية التي تتعامل بهذه الصيغة التمويلية، وهذا يدخل ضمن السياسات المالية من أجل المساهمة في النمو الاقتصادية.	en_US
