dc.description	This research explores the impact of tax regulation on creative accounting practices in firms. Creative accounting is an emerging phenomenon where accountants use creativity and innovation in presenting financial information. The study focuses on how tax compliance measures and tax legislation affect these practices, either enhancing or constraining them . It reviews relevant literature and conducts an analytical study of previous research findings to understand the relationship between tax regulation and creative accounting . The research concludes with policy recommendations and tax practices that could enhance the role of creative accounting in the current tax environment	en_US
dc.description.abstract	يتناول هذا البحث أثر الرقابة الجبائية على ممارسة المحاسبة الإبداعية في الشركات. تعد المحاسبة الإبداعية ظاهرة ناشئة تتمثل في استخدام المحاسبين للخلاقية والابتكار في تقديم المعلومات المالية. يتمحور البحث حول كيفية تأثير إجراءات الرقابة الجبائية والتشريعات الضريبية على هذه المما رسة ومدى تعزيزها أو تقييدها و يتم استعراض الأدبيات المتعلقة بالموضوع وإجراء دراسة تحليلية لنتائج الأبحاث السابقة لفهم العلاقة بين الرقابة الجبائية والمحاسبة الإبداعية . يختتم البحث بتوصيات للسياسات والممارسات الضريبية التي يمكن أن تعزز دور المحاسبة الإبداعية في البيئة الضريبية الحالية .	en_US
