| Description: | The global banking market witnessed rapid developments in the twentieth century as a result of the tremendous development in information and communication technology, which placed banks in front of bets and challenges that they had to face. This led to the emergence of electronic banking transactions that aim to modernize and modernize banks and adopt modern means and electronic payment and settlement systems. The state responded. Algeria faces these challenges by reforming its banking system to keep pace with financial globalization. This study aims to highlight the methods of processing banking transactions in light of the modern electronic payment system, and to try to determine the extent to which it keeps pace with these developments, and to shed light on the most important techniques that banks use to improve the quality of their services. The National Bank of Algeria, Tiaret 540 Agency, is considered one of the well-established banking institutions in Algeria, which has been able to develop its services provided to customers, by working to go beyond traditional functions and providing various modern tools, techniques and systems in offering banking services and improving its performance in a way that suits the requirements and needs of its customers on the one hand, And expanding its market share on the other hand. |
