dc.description	Information technology has contributed to a major transformation in the field of banking, as it led to the emergence of electronic banking and a change in the methods of managing financial transactions. This transformation has prompted banks and financial institutions to develop payment methods by integrating modern technologies that are characterized by effectiveness and security, namely electronic payment methods. This study aimed to define these methods and their characteristics, and to evaluate the extent to which Algerian banks rely on them, including the National Bank of Algeria, Tiaret branch. To find out to what extent this bank keeps pace with developments through modernizing electronic payment methods, devices and banking systems.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	إن تكنولوجيا المعلومات ساهمت في تحول كبير في مجال الصيرفة، حيث أدت إلى ظهور الصيرفة الإلكترونية وتغير في طرق إدارة المعاملات المالية. هذا التحول دفع البنوك والمؤسسات المالية لضرورة تطوير وسائل الدفع من خلال دمج تقنيات حديثة تتميز بالفاعلية والأمان ، ألا و هي وسائل الدفع الإلكترونية. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعريف تلك الوسائل وخصائصها، وتقييم مدى اعتماد البنوك الجزائرية عليها، ومن ضمنها البنك الوطني الجزائري فرع تيارت، لمعرفة إلى أي مدى يواكب هذا البنك التطورات الحاصلة من خلال تحديث وسائل الدفع الإلكترونية وأجهزتها وأنظمة المصرفية	en_US
