dc.description	This work presents a technical study of a reinforced concrete residential building consisting of a ground floor and four stories (G+4), with a plan irregularity. The project will be located in the wilaya of Tiaret, classified as a low seismicity zone (Zone I) according to the Algerian seismic code (RPA 99) modified in 2003. The structure is braced by a mixed system.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Ce travail présente une étude technique d'un bâtiment en béton armé destiné à un usage d’habitation, composé d'un rez de chaussée et de quatre étages (R+4), avec une irrégularité en plan. Le projet sera situé dans la wilaya de Tiaret, classée en zone de faible sismicité (zone I) selon le règlement parasismique algérien (RPA 99) modifié en 2003.
