Family harmony is an important condition for the continuation of marital life smoothly, and one of the most important factors that may It negatively affects family harmony when a woman goes out to work, as the woman’s roles multiply inside and outside the home and she begins to live under the influence of the pressure of work and its requirements and the pressure of the duties that await her inside her home and with her family members. If she shows any negligence, she has to choose between her work, her home, and her children, and this is if the husband is not He understands the working conditions of women and that they have begun to perform a number of roles inside and outside the home. Here, the woman feels that she is negligent in her rights to her home, her husband, and her children. She also cannot give up her job easily, entering into a spiral of feelings of guilt, anxiety, instability, and psychological and social imbalance, and this may affect On her relationship with her husband and thus on her family harmony, as this study aims to identify the problems of working women in achieving family harmony. The descriptive approach was used based on the questionnaire tool that was applied to the original research population, which consisted of 44 married women. The comprehensive survey method was used due to the scarcity of the research population.
