dc.description	The study addressed the issue of burnout levels among workers at the Orphanage Institution - a field study on four cases in the Tiaret Province. It aimed to investigate the level of burnout in its three dimensions (emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment) among workers at the Orphanage Institution in Tiaret. The study adopted the clinical method. To collect data, the Maslach Burnout Inventory, consisting of 22 items measuring the three dimensions of burnout, was used, along with semi-structured interviews to deepen the understanding of workers' experiences with burnout, and observation to note the participants' behaviors in the workplace for a better understanding of their work context.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تناولت الدراسة موضوع: مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى عمال مؤسسة الطفولة المسعفة دراسة ميدانية على - 04 حالات بولاية تيا رت ، حيث هدفت للكشف عن مستوى الاحتراق - النفسي بأبعاده الثلاث (الإجهاد الانفعالي، تبلد المشاعر، نقص الشعور بالإنجاز) لدى العمال بمؤسسة الطفولة المسعفة بولاية تيارت واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج السريري العيادي، ولجمع البيانات تم استخدام مقياس ماسلاش للاحتراق النفسي المكون من 22 فقرة يقيس أبعاد الاحتراق النفسي الثلاثة، و المقابلة نصف الموجهة لتعميق فهم تجارب العمال مع الاحتراق النفسي، وملاحظة . سلوكيات المشاركين في مكان العمل لفهم سياق عملهم بشكل أفضل	en_US
