dc.description	This study aimed to measure the impact of investment in human capital on economic growth in Algeria, covering 1990 - 2022, based on a measurement study. The study reached the conclusion that investment in human capital does not affect economic growth in Algeria during the study period and as a result of the nature of The resulting model reached the conclusion that investment in human capital affects investment in human capital during an initial period of slowdown, and that a decrease in the proportion of investment in human capital for the previous period causes concerted efforts to increase investment in it in the subsequent period. This is a result that is consistent with the nature of the economy under study	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياٌس أثر الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر بتغطية1990-2022 ، بالإعتماد على دراسة قياٌسة ولقد خلصت الدراسة إلى نتيجٌة مفادها أن الإستثمار في رأس المال البشري لا تؤٌثر على النمو الإقتصادي في الجزائر خلال فترة الدراسة ونتيجٌة لطبيعٌة النموذج المتحصل عليه توصلنا لنتسجٌة مفادها أن الإستثمار في رأس المال البشري تؤٌثر في الإستثمار في رأس المال البشري بفترة إبطاء أول وأن إنخفاض نسبة الإستثمار في رأس المال البشري للفترة السابقة تٌسبب في تضافر الجهود لزياٌدة الإستثمار فيه في الفترة اللاحقة وهي نتيجٌة تتوافق وطبيعٌة الإقتصاد محل الدراسة.	en_US
